COVID-19 Update – March 25, 2020

Thank you for all you are doing to take precautions to protect yourself, your coworkers and our customers during this extraordinary time. Being an essential business is not easy, but it’s times like this our customers need us most.

To date, no Paradigm employee has tested positive for the coronavirus.

Here’s what you can expect if we are informed an employee has a confirmed case:

  • The employee will immediately be sent home if they are at work, and any employees, customers or other individuals who were identified as having direct contact with the affected employee will be notified of the potential exposure.
  • The affected work area will be deep cleaned in compliance with CDC cleaning guidelines.
  • We will directly inform employees at the location of any confirmed case.
  • We will keep all Paradigm employees updated on the number and location of confirmed cases of COVID-19 on the employee web page.

We are following CDC guidelines closely, and, are committed to taking every reasonable step to protect our employees. When we are notified of a suspected case, we will take similar precautions as with a confirmed case. Our teams are meeting around the clock to discuss new information and make plans for what’s next with a sharp focus on the safety of our employees and customers as well as business continuity.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or think you may have been exposed to the virus, please inform Human Resources immediately by calling Jennifer Morin at 207-210-1716 or email jmorin@paradigmwindows.com  This applies to all employees, including those employees working from home. We will confidentially provide resources while we take all necessary steps to prevent further spread of the virus, protect other employees and answer your questions.

As a reminder, last week we restricted visitor access to our location. Please notify all family members and friends they are unable to visit the office until further notice.

Please comply with all applicable state and local directives.

We will continue to keep you informed as new information becomes available. Stay well.
