As most of you know, the ERP team has worked tirelessly over the last year to develop and launch a new order entry system. Our new system is the industry standard and will greatly improve our processes and the experience of our customers.
As we are quickly approaching our late June launch, we have decided that we need to “name” and “brand” our new system.
For example, our old system was called TDCI. This was the software name from the manufacturer but the name was carried through and used by our customers to refer to that system.
