Reminders as we go into May 2020

It’s hard to believe April is almost over.  Hopefully warm weather is on its way.  Just remember April showers bring May flowers. 

We’re hoping to start bringing back employees who are working from home in May.  We are watching recommendations on businesses reopening and we will follow all safety guidelines and practices to ensure the health & well-being of our employees.

A few reminders as we head into May:

Busy season is on its way.  Over the next few months we’ll be looking to hire new employees.  Don’t forget about our employee referral program.  You’re eligible for $250 for your referral.  Candidates can apply easily right on our website.  At the top right-hand corner of the page all they need to do is click on “Careers” and apply.

The units per man hour or efficiency bonus program starts back up in May.  Based on the number of units produced and hours worked, this bonus pays out as much as $3.00 / hour for regular hours worked during the month.  The target goal is .50 units per man hour to achieve the $3.00.
