To Paradigm Employees:
With the COVID-19 outbreak our Safety and HR department is monitoring the CDC, maine.gov, FMLA Insights, SHRM daily news and other websites to ensure we are receiving the most up-to-date news. We are also working with other organizations to make sure we are providing our employees with most up-to-date best practices regarding the issue. As a manufacturing facility our goal is to keep factory operating which will only happen if our employees stay healthy. To decrease size of the group on the site we will stop all visits to the facility and ask office staff to work from home except for key positions relevant to production.
All meetings will be pushed from traditional group meeting to Microsoft teams or phone conferences. We have also asked that we have no visitors and outside guests at the facility.
We will provide COVID-19 updates as they relate to our business as soon as we receive them.
